The new entry-level 2027 Subaru Outback is powered by a 180-horsepower 2.5-liter SUBARU BOXER® engine paired with a Lineartronic® CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) and standard Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and features much higher content than previous base models with a standard 12.1-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch full digital gauge cluster, EyeSight® Driver-Assist Technology, power rear gate, heated front seats and 8.7 inches of ground clearance. In addition to the Outback base model which starts at $34,540 (including $1,545 destination & delivery charge), there's the Outback Premium, Limited and Touring plus the turbo-powered Limited XT, Touring XT and Wilderness trim levels which are powered by a 260 horsepower turbocharged 2.4-liter SUBARU BOXER® engine. The new 2027 Subaru Outback SUV arrives at retailers later this year.
