New Audi RS 5 PHEV Arrives In Europe This Summer

The new Audi RS 5 is Audi Sport’s first high-performance plug-in hybrid (PHEV) which pairs a 503 horsepower 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with a 130 kW electric motor mated to an eight-speed transmission connected to a limited-slip center differential that distributes torque between the two axles depending on the driving situation. Total system output is 630 horsepower with “EV” and “Hybrid” operating modes that delivers a 50 mile electric range in EV mode. The modular electrified powertrain is quattro with Dynamic Torque Control in the rear transaxle. The cockpit is made up of the 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit and the 14.5-inch MMI Touch Display with a curved design and powered by OLED technology. A 10.9-inch passenger display is standard. Deliveries are expected to commence this Summer in Europe.

All-New 2026 Toyota C-HR BEV Starts At $38,450 Next Month

The all-new 2026 Toyota C-HR battery electric vehicle (BEV) delivering 338 combined system horsepower from its 74.7-kWh battery with dual motors and standard electronic All Wheel Drive provides an EPA-estimated total range rating of 287 miles on the SE grade with 18-inch wheels while the XSE grade with 20-inch wheels gets an EPA-estimated range rating of 273 miles. Like the bZ and bZ Woodland, the C-HR is built on Toyota’s dedicated e-TNGA battery electric vehicle platform. The C-HR has an overall length of 177.9-inches, an overall width of 73.6-inches, a wheelbase of 108.3-inches, and an overall height of 63.8-inches. The C-HR features Toyota Safety Sense 3.0™ safety and driver assistance features plus Toyota’s Star Safety System that includes Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Contro, Anti-lock Brake System, Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Brake Assist and Smart Stop Technology®. The 2026 Toyota C-HR starts at $38,450 (including $1,450 dealer processing and handling charges) when it goes on sale next month.

2026 Toyota bZ Woodland Starts At $46,750 Next Month

The first-ever 2026 Toyota bZ Woodland, available in bZ Woodland and bZ Woodland Premium grades, is powered by a 375 horsepower net combined system output dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain with X-MODE®. The EPA-estimated total driving range rating is up to 281 miles (the EPA-estimated driving range rating is 260 miles when equipped with optional All-Terrain tires). Compared to the existing bz model, the bZ Woodland adds black overfenders and nearly 6-inches of additional length and just under one inch of additional height in the rear. The bZ Woodland has 8.4 inches of ground clearance, up to 3,500-pound towing capacity and comes with a 14-inch touchscreen that runs the Toyota Audio Multimedia system and the bZ Woodland is equipped with a six-speaker audio system while the bZ Woodland Premium model includes a JBL® Premium Audio system with nine speakers, including an eight-channel 800-watt amplifier and nine-inch subwoofer. The 2026 Toyota bZ Woodland starts at $46,750 (including $1,450 delivery, processing, and handling fee) and is expected to arrive at dealerships nationwide next month. 

2027 Toyota Highlander Coming Late In 2026

The all-new 2027 Toyota Highlander three-row SUV will have a Battery Electric powertrain standard and be available in XLE or Limited trim levels. The 221 horsepower XLE FWD will have a 77.0-kWh battery with a manufacturer-estimated 287-mile total driving range rating, the XLE AWD also will have the 77.0-kWh battery delivering a 270-mile total driving range, the 338 horsepower XLE AWD with 95.8 -kWh battery is expected to have a 320-mile total driving range, and the 338 horsepower Limited AWD also with 95.8 -kWh battery will have the same 320-mile total driving range. AWD equipped models will also have features like Multi-Terrain Select and Crawl Control. All grades will have Toyota Safety Sense 4.0 and Toyota Audio Multimedia, standard. The new Highlander’s modern new look features broad fenders, full-length LED daytime running lights, and flush door handles, a tech-forward cabin with a 14-inch touchscreen, 12.3-inch driver’s display, customizable ambient lighting and an available fixed glass panoramic roof. The 2027 Highlander has a standard built-in Drive Recorder, a dashcam-style feature that utilizes the vehicle’s exterior cameras to capture 20-second clips of both manual and triggered events when operating. Sales of the new Highlander are expected to begin in late 2026, continuing into early 2027 and the price tag will be announced closer to on-sale date.

2026 Nissan Rogue Plug-in Hybrid Starts At $47,485 Soon

The 2026 Nissan Rogue Plug-in Hybrid, Nissan's first plug-in hybrid in the U.S., offers an estimated 38 miles of all-electric driving on a full charge and up to 420 miles of total driving range for long trips with standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive and a total system output of 248 horsepower .It has an EPA fuel economy estimate of 64 MPGe. The 2026 Nissan Rogue Plug-in Hybrid will reach dealerships in February starting at $47,485 (including $1,495 destination and handling) for the SL grade. The 2026 Rogue Plug-in Hybrid will be closely followed by the all‑new 2027 Rogue Hybrid e‑POWER, making its debut in late 2026. The upcoming model will feature Nissan's third‑generation Hybrid e‑POWER technology engineered specifically for the U.S. and Canada. 

2026 Audi A6 Starts At $65,395 In 2nd Quarter

The 2026 Audi A6, powered by a 362 horsepower 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 mated to an Audi S tronic seven-speed dual clutch transmission, receives mid-model-year updates including all-new MMI technology, updated multifunction steering-wheel design featuring return of the scroll wheel, availability of the all-new Audi dashcam system and expanded voice-control capabilities. The mid-model-year updates for the new 2026 Audi A6 bring additional features, improved performance, and like all model-year 2026 Audi models, Signature Care scheduled maintenance is included. The 2026 Audi A6 sedan featuring these mid-model-year updates will be available at U.S. Audi retailers starting in the second quarter of 2026 and starting model-year 2026 MSRP is unchanged at $65,395 (including $1,295 destination and delivery).

2027 Mercedes-AMG GLC 53 4MATIC+ Coming 2nd Half 2026

The new 2027 Mercedes-AMG GLC 53 4MATIC+ is powered by a 443 horsepower AMG-enhanced 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine mated to the AMG SPEEDSHIFT® TCT 9G transmission and the fully variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive. It features an optional electronically controlled rear-axle limited-slip differential and Drift Mode1, available for the first time in an AMG SUV. The 155-mph electronically limited top speed can be increased to 167 mph with the optional AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package. It features, as standard, AMG DYNAMIC SELECT "Slippery," "Comfort," "Sport," "Sport+," and "Individual" drive programs. AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension and AMG high-performance braking system are also standard.  the optional AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package features an electronically controlled limited-slip rear differential and the "RACE" drive program with Drift Mode. Available in both SUV and Coupe body styles, the 2027 AMG GLC 53 arrives at U.S. dealerships in the second half of 2026.

MAZDA CX-6e EV To Launch In Europe This Summer

The MAZDA CX-6e battery electric crossover SUV is the second model in Mazda’s collaborative battery EV lineup after the MAZDA 6e battery electric mid-size sedan was launched last September in Europe. The MAZDA CX-6e is scheduled to launch in Europe this summer, with plans for introduction in Australia later this year.

2027 Audi A6 Sportback e-tron and Q6 e-tron Start At $65,795

The 2027 Audi A6 Sportback e-tron (pictured above) and Q6 e-tron add trim-level changes that include the all-new Audi dashcam system being added to the Premium Plus trim as standard (optional in the Premium trim), and the availability of the new Technology package (standard on Prestige trim) that includes the Augmented reality Head-up display and passenger display. In addition to the content in the Premium and Premium Plus trims, the Prestige trim adds Audi drive select assistant, Park assist pro with remote functionality, Rear emergency brake assist, Digital OLED taillights, the Top view camera system with 3D view, and the Air quality package. The new driver- and customer-centric features closely mirror those previously announced for the 2026 A5 and Q5 model families and include an all-new MMI® design, an updated multifunction steering wheel, new Audi drive select functionality, an optional integrated dashcam, expanded driver assistance features, upgraded voice control capabilities, and extended connectivity. The 456 horsepower Q6 e-tron quattro starts at $65,795 (including $1,295 destination charge) and the 375 horsepower Audi A6 Sportback e-tron single speed RWD with 100 kWh (94.4 Net) starts at $67,995.

All-New Mercedes-Benz S-Class

The new Mercedes-Benz S-Class is powered by a new 530 horsepower eight-cylinder engine in the Mercedes‑Benz S 580 4MATIC and a new 442 horsepower six‑cylinder engine in the S 500 4MATIC with both engines having a 23 horsepower integrated starter generator that provides support at lower engine speeds. The plug-in hybrid Mercedes‑Benz S 580e 4MATIC combines the new upgraded six-cylinder engine with an electric motor, increasing combined system output by 73 hp over the previous generation powertrain to 576 horsepower. There's standard 4.5-degree rear-axle steering and optional 10-degree rear-axle steering that reduces the turning circle by nearly 6.6 ft. At higher speeds, the rear wheels steer in parallel with the front wheels. The new S-Class features fourth generation MBUX infotainment that integrates AI from both Microsoft and Google, combining multiple AI agents (Microsoft Bing Search, Google Cloud’s Automotive AI Agent and ChatGPT4o) and a new MBUX Virtual Assistant. The new MBUX Superscreen, included standard, unites the 14.4-inch central display and the 12.3-inch front passenger display beneath a seamless glass surface. The two new MBUX remote controls for rear passengers provide operation of vehicle functions such as climate control and window shades, as well as the larger 13.1-inch displays of the MBUX High-End Rear Seat Entertainment System. These rear passenger displays also feature integrated HD cameras for video conferencing with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex16.

Genesis X Skorpio Concept

Genesis X Skorpio Concept is an off-road concept vehicle designed to perform across demanding terrain including deserts, is powered by an 1,100 horsepower V8 engine with 850 pound-feet of torque. The vehicle is equipped with 18-inch beadlock wheels paired with custom 40-inch off-road tires. Other concept models optimized for rugged environments include the GV60 Outdoors Concept, GV70 Outdoors Concept and GV80 Desert Edition.

2026 Mazda MX-5 Miata Starts At $31,665

The 2026 Mazda MX-5 Miata two-seat roadster, offered in Sport, Club, Grand Touring and Grand Touring trim levels, is powered by a 181 horsepower Skyactiv-G 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission while Sport and Club models are offered with a manual transmission. Miata has Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Smart Brake Support, Lane Departure Warning, Driver Attention Alert, Vehicle Exit Warning, and Secondary Collision Reduction. The MX-5 Miata Sport starts at $31,665 (including $1,235 for destination and handling).
